I am a Senior Lecturer in Optimisation and Operations Research in the School of Mathematical Sciences and Deputy Head of the Centre for Combinatorics, Algebra and Number Theory at Queen Mary University of London.

I am interested in the design and mathematical analysis of systems where strategic behaviour of individuals leads to good outcomes for the system as a whole, and in fundamental problems in algorithms, mathematics of operations research, and applied probability.

I am involved in the organisation of the 30th British Combinatorial Conference.

I was named after a cartoon cat.
