The 2004 reprint contains a list of corrections. In the ensuing (nearly) ten years, four further mathematical errors have been found, as follows:

P. xxviii, Section 14. Replace \(\chi_{6-8}\) by \(\chi_{7-9}\) (twice).
P. 91, L3(11). Novelty \(2.L_2(11).2.2\) should read \((5\times 2.L_2(11).2).2\)
P. 207, Fi24'. In the map, 74 should be 76.
P. 234. In 5th non-local subgroup, replace 4 by \(2^2\).
